Dr. Avalos is available for concierge gastroenterology services. We understand the importance of privacy and our team is here to help. The membership plan allows direct access to Dr. Avalos via email and telephone.

Colonoscopy Self Pay Model

Included in this bundle is a pre-assessment visit, professional fee for the procedure, facility fee, anesthesia fee, pathology fee, and a follow up telephone encounter to discuss results.
